A RISING STAR
Hannah Nicole born in Lorain, OH to the parents of Dennis and Nancy Lurry. 2nd youngest of her siblings, Hannah began singing at a very young age. Growing up playing volleyball and basketball, a singing career wasn't in the picture until March, 2016 when Hannah begged her mother to sign her up for a youth talent show. The talent show was put on by Global Exec Records, headed by Grammy nominated songwriter / producer and CEO Daniel Rucker. Hannah took 2nd place in the talent show, but immediately following, an A&R rep from the label instructed Hannah and her parents that a meeting would like to be set up to discuss a future in music. A week later, Hannah garnered her first record deal.
During Hannah's freshman year in High School, she was put to the test by a demanding work schedule that required her artist development, studio sessions and working with a choreographer. In just one short year, the label felt she was ready to put out an album. On September 1, 2017, her debut single "Don't Come Back" was released and peaked #4 on the Pop Charts in the UK. Her debut album "This Heart of Mine" set to release on September 29, 2017 has a remake of the 1994 hit by Brandy " I Wanna Be Down" and the heartfelt ballad "Broken Promises". Her debut album "This Heart of Mine" was released. The album had moderate success. Daniel Rucker decided to link her up with producer Jeff "Tight" Roberson, who has produced for the Jacksons and many others. They headed back in the studio and created six new songs to replace song off of the previous album and entitled it "This Heart of Mine - Reloaded". The album's lead single is a smash hit from the 90's trio "702" called "Get it Together" written by Donell Jones. The album also features the ever so inspirational ballad "Beautiful" written by Grammy nominee Daniel Rucker and Hannah Nicole. The reloaded album was released on September 14, 2018 and was on the first round ballad for a Grammy Nomination. Hannah is currently in the studio working on new music for a late 2019 release.
